David
The location is magnificent and absolutely perfect and really close to local attractions, all the main sights and river.
The bathrooms are dirty.
-
Marcus
The rooms are neat in a bathroom, so that guests have essentials. Unbeatable location in general, outstandingly accommodating and affable staff at night shift.

I thoroughly enjoyed the room with balcony. The location was great - ease of access to Phsar Chas. The hotel was 20 minutes away from the train station.
The bed was not very good, that's sad thing.

Nick
Our room was budget and tidy with balcony and drinking water, slept well. Excellent location, the staff were outstandingly accommodating.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi cut out a lot.

Tommy
The hotel offered clean and comfortable rooms with a good shower and free Wi-Fi. The location was convenient, with easy access to the city center and nearby attractions. the staff was helpful and accommodating, making the stay more enjoyable.
There were a few negative aspects. the breakfast options were limited and the inclusive breakfast felt forced.

Was a great central location and so handy to main cafes. restaurants and pubs. Nice to also be able to wander along to the night market, and not too far from any of the central attractions by tuktuk. Staff were generally great except for minor difficulties getting messages across re laundry and wakeup call. Room was fine, and were able to keep air con on while out which was a real bonus. Nice to have a shower that was enclosed and meant you didn't end up with a bathroom awash with water! Breakfast had a bit of variety, and nice to be able to have a late afternoon cocktail before heading out for the evening.
Just be aware that while you can get your laundry done through the hotel it is priced per item - and was mighty expensive! Cost us more than a nights accommodation! If we had thought we would have taken it out to have it done on a per kg basis. Then, when we got up to our room the laundry was back, on our bed and still wet, so had to be spread all around the room for the evening with the air con pumping in an attempt to get it dry. Also we asked for a wake up phone call on our last morning as we were catching an early bus but no call ever came - thankfully we had set a phone alarm as a back up.

Good location a few blocks off the river.V friendly and helpful staff.Room was quiet which I appreciated even tho overlooking a busy street 3 stories below..
The sweet clerk sold me a bus ticket that wasnt on a v good bus line: packed, loud Khymer music( drumming and flutes etc for 5 hrs to Siem Reap) over the PA system, poor springs etc. I asked her if it was a good bus line and she said it was. Not so. Perhaps litttle more training re Western travel tastes would help here.Otherwise she was great.

The location was good; close to a central market and a museum. It was within a close distance from E-Coffee, serving fast food.

Magnificent and absolutely PERFECT location not far from the sleazy bars with all the girls out the front trying to entice men inside, central market, night market and most of tourist attractions, and all the major arteries, early check-in.
Beds were too small.

Location: the hotel was near the river and all the restaurants and night life there. I had some drinks at Angry Birds Bar, positioned 300 metres away. The room I stayed in was extremely pleasant with a television, good ac plus a bathroom.

The units are compact, extremely pleasant with breakfast. The food is delicious and outstanding. Central location close to Palace, and girly bars, and bars and restaurants are near the hotel. Amicable and pleasant staff as one would expect.

Busy area, magnificent location, just next door to all the attractions around the city, many shops, cafes and restaurants and all the restaurants and night life there. Breakfast with nice natural protein.
Wi-Fi cut out a lot.

This hotel was nicely appointed in every respect, had extremely friendly staff at night shift. It was brand-new, good-sized and with a single bed. The location in an entertaining area was particularly good and absolutely perfect. Loved food selection, meals were delightful and they have a lot of options.
